I was graciously allowed to enter this digital art piece in the contest because it followed the rules. Elvis did a beautiful thing for me.
Beverly Read was born and raised in the northern part of California, US. She grew up on a farm and early learned to ride horses and milk cows. In the early 1960's she graduated high school and went on to a year of college before going to work. She married and had two children. Later she lived in other parts of the US, but in 1984 returned to California. She currently lives in the mountains between Sacramento and South Lake Tahoe with her husband, Ray. From the time Beverly started taking snapshots of family to the present she has always loved images. She graduated to better cameras and finally digital ones.
